I confirm that as the applicant, we ...

• have read and understand the program guidelines 
• are able to demonstrate alignment between this project and the aims of this program
• are a not-for-profit organisation (includes educational institutions such as schools and kindergartens)
• are incorporated, or auspiced by an incorporated organisation for the purposes of this application
• are an endorsed Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR)
• are located in (and/or supplies services to) communities in the state of Tasmania
• are able to demonstrate financial viability 
• do not owe any reports or money to MyState Foundation as a result of previous funding or grants
• have the appropriate type and level of insurance for the activities that are the subject of this grant

• have a gross annual income of no more than $2 million.

Please note that your application will only be eligible to proceed if you meet all of the above criteria.
